The GolflandCard is an association of participating golf clubs, hotels, and other partners, fully organized and managed by First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG. Spokespersons for the association are Johann Wolf (Golfclub Straubing Stadt und Land e. V.), Florian Erhardsberger (Golfanlagen Gäuboden und Schloßberg), and Franz Austen. The advertising advisory board consists of Susanne Wolf, Nicole Weber, Florian Erhardsberger, and Franz Austen.
First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG is the publisher of the GolflandCard, the voucher book, the voucher set and related print and internet products.
The GolflandCard, as well as the websites, voucher booklets, brochures, and related print products, including the website www.golflandcard.de, are produced by First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG, either directly or on behalf of the interest group, and at its own expense. The organization and distribution/sales remain exclusively with First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG.
Copyright, in particular the right of reproduction, distribution, and public display in any form, including use in electronic media, reprographic reproduction, digital distribution, and inclusion in databases, is expressly reserved. The text and chapters of brochures, catalogs, or prospectuses, as well as online publications, reflect solely the author's opinion. The work may not be reproduced, even in part, without the author's permission.
The statutory provisions of the General Terms and Conditions apply with the exception of the following points:
The participating golf clubs and golf course operators grant holders of a GolflandCard 50% a discount on current 18-hole green fees and, at their own discretion, offer further price advantages on a voucher basis in the print and online presentations of First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG. By accepting or purchasing the GolflandCard, the holder of this discount card agrees to receive a newsletter monthly or for a specific event, either from the golf club or from First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG.
It is specifically pointed out that playing rights with the GolflandCard cannot be enforced. This applies particularly to club events, tournaments, course maintenance, or in cases of disagreements between golf clubs or golf course operators that are members of the GolflandCard interest group.
Validity of the Golfland Card
Throughout the golf season, more and more golf clubs join the GolflandCard network, offering GolflandCard holders a green fee discount. Conversely, some golf clubs withdraw from the network and no longer offer this 50% green fee discount to GolflandCard holders. You can find the current status online at: www.golflandcard.de/Golfclubs
We accept no liability for green fee discounts not granted at golf clubs that have withdrawn from membership.
The golf courses belonging to the association do not offer any green fee reductions or discounts on already reduced green fees, such as reductions or discounts on winter green fees, vouchers, etc.
The concept
The concept for the GolflandCard interest group was developed by First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG. The text and logo rights belong to First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG.
Voucher
The vouchers offered in the voucher book, catalog, brochures and leaflets or on the website are non-binding offers from the individual golf clubs, golf courses, hotels and partner businesses of the GolflandCard interest group, for which First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability or guarantee.
Competitions
Notice regarding the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Postal or email addresses submitted by participants in the prize draws via email, letter, or in print may be shared with the participating golf clubs, hotels, and sponsors. By submitting their information, participants in the prize draws agree that the golf clubs, hotels, and sponsors who have provided prizes may also send newsletters to the prize draw participants. Similarly, First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG, on behalf of the Golfland Donau & Partner association, may send its own newsletters and/or communications to the prize draw participants.
restrictions
Restrictions, limitations on playing rights, or even denials of playing rights under these regulations can be imposed at any time by a golf club or operating company. Promotional offers, e.g., voucher-based offers providing more than a 50% green fee discount, are generally only valid from Monday to Thursday. These cannot be combined with existing special offers. Playing rights cannot be enforced by any GolflandCard holder. The GolflandCard with the voucher book can be purchased at any of the participating golf clubs, golf course operating companies, and participating hotels, or online. The GolflandCard is valid for one calendar year. First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG distributes this discount card without warranty or liability for golfing or the monetary benefits offered by this discount card. By using the GolflandCard, the holder fully accepts the terms and conditions of First Class Golf GmbH & Co. KG and thus the GolflandCard association. GolflandCard Advisory Board
The GolflandCard advisory board consists of up to five members, whose activity is exclusively advisory and non-decisive.
Termination
Membership can be cancelled annually, without giving reasons, by giving written notice by September 25th of each calendar year, effective December 31st. If no notice of cancellation is given by this date, the agreement will be automatically extended for another calendar year. In the event of cancellation by the golf club or the operating company, the green fee discount (50%) granted to players with a "Golfland Donau VIP Member Card" by the golf club or the operating company will remain valid until December 31st of the year of cancellation.
If a golf club or operating company leaves the association by giving notice and wishes to rejoin, the Golflandcard Advisory Board will advise on the re-entry.
Terms and conditions for golfers
The vouchers and the discount are valid exclusively for 18-hole rounds of play.
The vouchers can only be redeemed by golfers with a playing permit (course proficiency or required HCP according to the World Handicap System).
The 50% green fee discount applies to each individual.
A right to play cannot be enforced.
The vouchers are not valid for special events, tournaments, or on days marked in the voucher book or on the internet (at www.golflandcard.de), e.g., valid only from Monday to Friday, etc.
A tee time must be reserved in advance, either on the golf course's website, by telephone, or by email.
It is not possible to combine this offer with other discounts.
All partners of the GolflandCard association strive to redeem vouchers according to their stated terms and conditions. However, First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability if golf vouchers are not redeemed. This could be due to a change of ownership, a course closure due to weather conditions, or insolvency. The golf club or operator of the golf course is solely liable for any disagreements and claims for damages. Therefore, the publisher of the GolflandCard also assumes no liability for the completeness of any advertisement published in print or other media related to GolflandCard products.
Please be aware of any handicap restrictions at a golf course. You can find information about these on the golf course's website.
The user of a VIP Member Card or Voucher Book hereby consents to being contacted by email or newsletter. This right can be revoked at any time.
First Class Golf GmbH & Co KG, as publisher of the GolflandCard, makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the advertisements. However, it accepts no liability for typesetting or printing errors in print or electronic media.
Changes and additions will be published on the internet.
